We are seeking a skilled and creative graphic designer to work on a small project for our end client in the charity sector.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to understand the theme, purpose, and target audience.
Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate the essence of the project.
Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing poster designs that adhere to the brand guidelines.
Incorporate relevant images, graphics, typography, and colors to enhance the overall impact.
Provide multiple design options for review and feedback, and make necessary revisions based on feedback received.
Ensure that the final poster design is of high quality and suitable for both print and digital formats.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in poster design or related projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop unique and compelling design concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Prior experience working on projects for charitable organizations or events is a plus, but not required.
